About Me
Hello and welcome!
I’m Syna Gensterblum, a certified Clinical Sexologist and Intimacy Coach – and a passionate advocate for deepening life’s most intimate connections.
I support men, women, and couples in reconnecting not only with themselves and their partners, but also with their pleasure, power, and presence – and discovering what intimacy truly means to them.
This is not classic therapy. It’s not about fixing you.
It’s about creating a safe, respectful space to explore, feel, and grow – with your body, your story, and at your pace.
Because healthy sexuality isn’t just something you talk about.
It’s something you move, feel, breathe… and live.
I believe everyone deserves to experience pleasure, connection, and the deep fulfilment that comes from authentic intimacy and emotional closeness.
And I’ve witnessed it time and time again: when people reconnect with their bodies, their entire lives begin to shift – not just in bed, but in confidence, connection, and how they show up in the world.
A body-based, practical approach to intimacy coaching
Before I became a clinical sexologist, I spent over 20 years working with the human body – as a professional athlete and personal trainer. That experience deeply influences how I work today.
My approach to intimacy coaching is holistic, body-oriented, and practical.
Using the MEBES Model – a widely used framework in modern sexology – I ensure that we explore all areas of your life that influence your sexuality and relationships.
Because true change doesn’t happen through talking alone.
We work with body awareness, nervous system regulation, breath, sensation, boundaries, and movement.
This way, we reconnect with desire, pleasure, and presence from the inside out – and bring back the playfulness, safety, and trust that make love feel alive again.
Together, we’ll go on a journey to reconnect with your body and mind, dissolve the myths around pleasure, and discover the freedom that comes with truly knowing yourself.
My goal is to make this journey as enjoyable, insightful – and yes, occasionally a little cheeky – as it should be.
Because intimacy isn’t just about closeness. It’s about the thrill of connection, and the joy of discovery.
Thank you for being here.
If you’re ready to start your journey into deeper connection and embodied intimacy – I’m here with an open mind, a compassionate heart, and a dash of humor.
